It's nacho just burritos we do...
Try our delicious nachos and loaded fries for a snack on the go at a festival.
At the heart of everything we do is a strong emphasis on environmental concerns, limiting our impact and supporting other local food and drink producers where possible. 56% of our main meal items are vegetarian or vegan, with plant based sour cream and cheese available. We use only canned soft drinks including water. We aim to source our ingredients from local suppliers and mostly trade within the South West of the UK to limit our mileage.
Since we started That's Nacho Burrito, we've been a member of NCASS and are 5* food hygiene rated. We keep up to date with all the latest guidelines and qualifications needed to run a successful and safe mobile catering business. We know how important food hygiene is in the mobile catering world, so we work incredibly hard to meet the highest standards.

All our packaging is compostable and we recycle everything we can, whether at the festival or in our prep kitchen. We use biodegradable cleaning products and reuse cleaning bottles and use bleach/ food safe antibacterial spray in tablet form to avoid shipping water. We refill washing up liquid, handwash and anti-bac gel into the same containers from a local zero waste store in Exeter.
About US
It’s the summer of 2018 and after several successful dates Tom and Anna decide to take their relationship to the next level and attend a music festival together - make or break time right?
It is exactly 7.00pm on the Friday night and after busting some big moves for several hours and (responsibly?) drinking a few too many beers, Tom gets peckish and says to Anna, ‘You hungry? Fancy something to eat at one of the food stalls?’ 'Sure, if you are paying!' Anna says coyly.
Tom kindly obliges and hand in hand they walk off towards the distant food stalls at the festival we cannot name due to legal reasons.
It is at this exact location and time (7:16pm) that the thrifty couple share a box of chilli beef nachos and wonder at the idea of one day owning their own Mexican Food Stall…
…a few months later ‘THAT’S NACHO BURRITO!’ was founded, and as they say… the rest is history!
That's Nacho Burrito now attend some of the biggest music festivals in the UK and are known for their bright colourful mexican hat frontage and great value, tasty festival food.
The ethos of our food is versatile, healthy, filling food which everyone will love. We love the build-it-yourself nature of Mexican food, and how we can add or take away ingredients from each dish to tailor a meal to the individual. This makes it easy to cater for dietary requirements, allergies and fussy eaters, as we can create a customer's perfect dish from our raw ingredients. We are rare in that we include all the "extras" of a burrito (e.g. guacamole, cheese, jalapenos etc) as standard in our pricing without any hidden costs which end up adding up if you want everything included. We believe mexican food should be enjoyed with everything included and not only available as an "add-on".
We are an incredibly ambitious and determined partnership and we know we can deliver on a big stage as we have proved over the past few years at big music festivals. We were accepted into Glastonbury on our first time applying and thrived in that environment. We have stayed very hands-on throughout, and continue to control our standards and produce high quality food from scratch from our own recipes. We love to deliver great food which you would expect from a small, artisan street food stall, but on a large and fast scale, without compromising quality.
